(liY TELEOKAVH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION). W kllingtox, Tuesday. A LKPnTATIOX from the Wellington Workers' Union interviewed the Premier, and urged the necessity of making certain amendments in the law relating to the administration of Magistrates' Courts. They asked that a Court of Conciliation be set up to deal with small debt cases, and that no lawyers be allowed to appear in them. Mr tSeddon said he believed it would be a very good thing if small debt eases were heard iu camera, as this would probably lead to many eases being adjusted without recourse to extreme measures. lie would introduce a Bill to prevent debt collecting agencies issuing judgment summonses.
