RIOTING IN CHINA.

(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COrYEIGRT). Shanghai, July 9. DISORDERS are reported from Ching-kiung-fu, in the province of Kiangtu, on the banks of the Yang-tse-kiang River. The Chinase are impeding the navigation of the river. A gunboat has been sent to West River in connection with the Black Flag rising in the province of Kwangsi, in Southern China. The Black B'lags were reported to be marching on the town of Wouchou, in the vicinity of which fighting is now going on. July 10. The Black Flags are murdering Likin officials, and the situation at Wouchou is critical.
