FIRE IN HAMILTON.
An empty six-roomed house, situated in Cook -street, Hamilton East, and owned by Mr Lovett, of Auckland, was totally destroyed by fire a little before 1 a.m. yesterday morning. The origiu of the outbreak remains a mystery. It was supposed to be insured, but for what amount or in which office no information of a reliable nature can be obtained at present.
