FRENCH ELECTIONS.
(BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). Paris, May 23. The French Moderate party claims a second ballot in connection with the elections for the Chamber of Deputies. The elections have only affected the various parties to an unappreciable oxtent. The Radicals and Socialists, however, claim that the strength of their representation has been increased. May 24. The French elections give the Government a weak majority of 12 to 15 votes. The Ministerialists rallied 491 supporters, doubtfuls 10, the Conservatives 49, the Radicals and Socialists 411 and the anti-Semites 20. In the elections the Ministerialists lost M. Lebon, Minister for the Colon nies ; also MM. Delpeuch and Deville. The other parties lost MM. Goblet, Flourens, Gerault and Reghard.
