Lands to be Opened.—The Government are, I am informed, to ehortly offer for sale or occupation the block of land known as Hauturu, adjoining or near to the Terau-a-moa Settlement. As a preliminary Messrs L. Cussen and W. H. Adams are about to lay out the road lines to open out the land, the latter gentleman and his party being already on the ground.
