THE MILAN RIOTS.
* FIERCE FIGHTING. (BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). Rome, May 9. THE bread riots in Milan are assuming alarming dimensions. More students, armed with revolvers, attempted to force an entrance to the city. They were repulsed by the troops after several of the rioters had been killed. An hour's fierce fighting took place boforo the troops quelled the riot. The rioters were under Socialistic leaders. It is estimated that 600 persons were wounded.
