FOOTBALL.
A good practice was indulged in by the members of the Hamilton Club on Saturday last on Sydney Square. About twenty men put in an appearance, and sides were chosen by Messrs Lowe and Whisker, which resulted in a victory for the former's side. Another practice will be held on Wednesday next and again on Saturday. Two teams have been eutered by the Hamilton Club for the football tournament in connection with the amateur sports on Wednesday, 11th May.
