FISHERIES DISPUTE.
(HY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH—COPYRIGHT). Washington, April 28. A conference of both Houses of Congress has reported on the fisheries questiou. The report authorises the appointment of three commissioners, with three selected by Britaiu and Canada, to settle the North Atlantic fisheries dispute, as well as promote mutual commerce and friendly relations with Canada.
