(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. The gross municipal revenue of Wellington for the past year was £118,913, and the actual revenue £S3,4bT. The expenditure was £132,916. and the actual expenditure from revenue £89,035. Interest and sinking funds absorb nearly half the total revenue expended.
