METEOROLOGICAL. WuHJNGTON, April 4.—Weather forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day : Wind: Between north-east and north and west at all places during next ten hours, but changing to between northwest and west and south at all plates aouth of Lyttelton and Hokitika after that time. Barometer: Further fall everywhere, but rising at all places southward of Lyttelton arid Hokitika. Sea heavy on all west coast, and on cast coast southward of Napier. Tides high on western coast, and good on eastern coast nortli of East Cape and from Napier southward. Northerly gales and rain are to be expected at all places northward of Lyttelton and Hokitika, and strong westerly winds with rain elsewhere.
