THE DREYFUS CASE.
Paris, April 3. The Court of Causation has upheld Zola's appeal against the recent trial, on the ground that General Billot had instituted a prosecution instead of trial by court-martial. M. Meline, the Premier, informed the Chamber of Deputies that General Billot will suunion a court-martial to decide what action shall be taken with regard to Zola's acquittal.
