THE COLONIAL SECRETARY.
(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night. Hon. Jas Carroll, Colonial Secretary, returned from Huntly by the Rotorua train at 5 thia afternoon. To-morrow evening he will address the Trades and Labour Council, and on Saturday he goes to Ooromande', in order to lay the foundation stone of a new hospital there on Sunday.
