Reports from Odessa announce the arrest of 120 persons on a charge of being implicated in extensive frauds in connection with the supply of coal to Russian warships in the Euxine. The fleet admiral has been dismissed from the. service in the same connection. Sir George Newnes, the proprietor of Tit Bits and other journals, is equipping an Antarctic expedition.
