CANADA & THE NAVY.
Ottawa, March 23. THE Toronto Naval League is urging Canada to defray the cost of two seagoing cruisers to be stationed, the one on the Atlantic and the other on the Pacific Coast, for the purpose of training Canadians for the Royal Naval Reserve.
