London, March 23. Lord Selborne. Under-Secretary to the Colonial Office, speaking in the House of Lords, said Britain will leavo the occupation of Boussa and Nikki to the Anglo-French Delimitation Commission now sitting in Paris, for the purpose of determining the ownership of the disputed territory. Lord Selborne has stated that France had been informally notified of the British protectorate over Borgu in 1892, and had been formally advised in 1895 that Britain had protested against the occupation of Boussa and Nikki.
