(BY TELEGRAPH".—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. RiTMOCRrf are still persistently circulated that the Hon. John McKenzic, Minister for Lands, will resign before Parliament meets. The rumonr is revived that the Minister for Railways, Mr Cadman, is not uulikely to retire from office shortly on the ground of ill-health. Mr Cadman, however, denies that he has any present intention of the kind.
