SOUDAN CAMPAIGN.
Cairo, March 7. TllE Dervishes are transferring their camp and war material from Metamineh, which the main body recently evacuated, to Shendy, on the opposite, or Berber side of the Nile. The British guuboats captured several of the enemy's vessels, and defeated the Dervishes along the river.
