NEW RAILWAY LOCOMOTIVES.

Wellington, Last Night, The Rxilway Department has been obliged, through a rapid and unexpected increase of traffic on the line*, especially those of Wellington, Woodville anil Nupier, to cable to England for 10 new locomotives of the latest design.
