F L IN STOCKS. Net? York, February 25. Some anxiety has been caused in New York by the report of a fresh discovery, which goes to show that the disaster to the Maine was caused by the exploiion of a torpedo or mine. In consequence of these disquieting rumours a panic prevailed at Wallstreet to-day. Stocks fell 12 points. The Government officials still believe the disaster to have been accidental.
