THAMES GAS COMPANY.

Thames, Last Night. At the annual meeting of the Thames Gas Company, the Chairman said that in spite of the bad time on the goldfields they were able to pay the usual dividend of Is per share for the half-year, which was equal to 5 per cent, for the year.
