AUCKLAND MILK SUPPLY.
(BY TELEGRAM—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night. This afternoon the Legal Committee ot the City Council and His Worship the Mayor (Mr Dignan) met to investigate the charge made by Mr Rosser, with reference to the Auckland mi'k supply. There were also present : Dr. King, Messrs Rosser, Redgate (Inspector of Dairies), Halstead (Veterinary Surgeon), aud Or. Julian, though not a member c f the committee. The proceedings, which were conducted in private, were begun with the examination of Mr Roscer in respect to the details of his charges.
