RETURN OF EXPORTS.

A retukn' by the Agricultural Department shows that the quantity and value of produce exported from Kew Zealand during last year were as follows : Quantity Value. New Plymouth chiefly contributed with 10,207 cwt, valued at £39,409. The cheese exported amounted to ll,olscwt, valued at £20,836 ; Dunedin exported 5393 cwt, valued at £10,134. In frozen beef, 6231cwr. were shipped, valued at £6468, Mew Plymouth and Wellington being the principal places of export. Frozen mutton was exported to the ex teut of 120,430 carcases and 68,322 cwt, valued at £67,929. The value of mutton sent from Wellington was £28,012 ; Christchurch, £15,684; Napier, £12,811. Of frozen lamb, 99,675 carcases and 30,675 cwt, of the value of £43,100, were exported. The value of the lamb exported from Christchurch was £37,725, and from Wellington £3027-
