(KY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT). Wellington, Last Night. The Silverstream murder case was resumed this morning. Th« only witnesses examined so far are Fare, who made the plan of the scene of the murder, and Dr. Cahill, who examined the body when it was exhumed Several sharp passages have taken place between the accused's counsel and His Honor, the latter remarking that if the trial were not one for murder the counsel would not date to have acted as he had. Forty-scveu witnesses are called by the Crown, and it is uulikely that the case will finish this week.
