SHPLOYERS' TERMS ACCEPTED London, January 28. THE third ballot taken by the Amalgamated Society of Engineers on the question of accepting the provisional arrangement in regard to the conditions proposed by tho employers for the management of their works, resulted in 28,588 voting for aud 13,727 against the acceptance of the conditions. Mr G. Barnes, secretary of the Society of Engineers, has signed an agreement accepting the masters' terms. Work, which is plentiful, will bo resumed on Monday next. The employers exhibit a spirit of moderation and cordiality towards the ex-strikers.
