(by telegbath.—own correspondent). Auckland, Last Night. Transactions in Waihi-Silvcrtous was reported to-day at 10?, but subsequently a small parcel was offered at 9s 6d. Bun-> kers Hill shaies were still asked for at Is 4d with no sellers under Is 9d. May Queens were a shade easier. For May Queen Extended there were firm buyers at sd. Other mining stock showed no alteration and business was generally quiet. In standard stock 22s was offered for Kew Zealand Accidents, and 49s 6d for South British. Buyers inquired for old issue Auckland Gas at £l4 12s, and for Union Steam at £9 2s 6d.
