SALE OF MINING PROPERTY.
(bytelegraph.— own correspondent). Auckland, Last Night. The Teutonic property at Owharoa has been purchased by the Ohinemuri Syndicate (L : mited) for £4500, with its shares fully paid-up to £l. Cable advices state that these shares will arrive in Auckland on 24th next month. Teutonic share holders will receive nine fully paid-up Ohinemuri Syndicate shares for every 136 at present held.
