BISHOP OF NEW GUINEA
Sydney, January 25. The first Bishop of Now Guinea, the Right Rev. Montagu John StoneWigg, M.A., was consecrated at St. Andrew's Cathedral by the Bishop of Brisbane, in the absence of the Archbishop of Sydnej. Bishop StoneWigg is the first missionary bishop sent out by the Australian Church.
