A CHILD STRANGLED.

(by telegraph—own correspondent). Thames, Last Night. Early this morning the infant child of Wm, Taylor, butcher, aged 15 months, was strangled in bvti. The mother left the infant asleep, and to prevent it falling out of bed tied two stockiDgs around the child's nightdress, fastening them to a rail of the bed. Miss Taylor subsequently found the child hanging over the side of the bed. Life was extinct.
