THE BIJOU COMEDY COMPANY.
The above company, who have lately arrived from Sydney, will appear in the Oddfellows' Hull, Hamilton East, on Thursday evening next and the following nights in a programme consisting of comedy and variety items. On " the other side " the company is well-known throughout both Queeusland and New South Wales, as their " scrap book " (containing notices from influential citizens) testifies. The company are " touring" in their own vehicles, thereby minimising the cost of travelling expenses ; this enables them to engage really first-class artists, f heir courteous manager (Mr C. Armitage) informs us that since leaving Auckland, they have done very good business all along the line, and this fact alone should prove a guarantee as to their genuiness as " show people." We wish the Company every success in the eudeavours to please the Hamilton fo'k. Tours to follow are : Ohaupo, Te Awamutu, Kihikihi, Otorohauga and Te Kuiti in that order. The prices of admission are " popular," 3?, 2s and Is respectively.
