ENGINEERS' STRIKE.
London, January 18. Six engineering firms in Lancashire h ave issued lock-out notices to their employees. January 50. The Employers' Federation have intimated that they will le-open their works on Monday, if the allied unions will accept the conditions for the management of the works enunciated by the employers at th» late Engineers' Conference.
