CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
A LAD KILLS HIS BROTHER. (BY telegraph.—own correspondent). TiMAKoy Last Night. : An inquest was held it Peel Forest today, as to the death of a boy, named Peter Finlayson, aged.ll years. : "A The evidence showed that he aud his. brother Robert, age 13 years, quarrelled about who should fetch in some cows. Their mother turned Robert out. of the house, but he returned with a piece of iron, which he was.swinging aloft. It left his hand and hit Peter on the ahead, penetrated his skull and killed him. instantly. Robert said the iron slipped; He only meant to frighten Peter. The jury found a verdict ot nunslaughter, and the boy was arrested.
