Barometer : Fall everywhere. Sea : Heavy on all West Coast and on East Coast south of Napier. Tides: High on West Coast of the North Island and on East Coast south of Castlepoint, increasing ehewhtrc. North gales, with rain, are to be expected at oil places north of Napier and New Plymouth after 16 hours, and west gales at most other places. Soon rain is to be expected in most parts of the South Island. .
