THE SOUDAN.
London, January 8. The departure of reinforcements for the Soudan is being pushed on with the utmost expedition. All the ayailable transport services are being organised. The Sirdar, Sir Herbert Kitchener, will eventually command a force of 18,000 Egyptian troops and three British battalions.
