THE DREYFUS CASE.
London, January 8. The Paris Siecle publishes the text of Captain Dreyfus' indictment of 1894, showing that handwriting was the basis of his condemnation, and tbat three experts were for and two against the identification of the writing. M. Harieux, ex-MinistCr of Justice, severely condemns such results, and demands a fresh public trial. The Government have instituted proceeiings against the Siecle, the document published having been stolen from the War Office.
