SEALING QUESTION.
Washington, December 30. As the outcome of the recent Convention cigned by the representatives of America, Russia, and Japan, for the suspension of pelagic sealing lin Behring Sea, President McKinley'kas signed a Bill prohibiting American sealers from engaging in pelagic fishing, and prohibiting the importation of the skins of pelagic seals.
