FIRE AT NAPIER.
(by telegraph.—own correspondent). Napier, Last Night. Shortly after mid-day on Saturday a fire broke out in the cabinetmaker's shop of Margctt anil Men, at the corner of Olive Square and Tennyson stieet, and spread to the Assembly Rooms, which were completc'y destroyed. The fo'lowing are the insurances: Waterworbh'a Hall and Margett and Men's buildings, £4OO, in the Norwich Union ; Margett and Men's stock, furniture and timber, £220, in the Alliance ; fittings and furniture in Hall, £75, in the Alliance.
