The Waikato Argus Office, Wednesday. MoNICOL AND CO.'S OHAUTO SALE. On Tuesday at Messrs McNicol and Co.'a Yards, there was bat a very small nunter of stock, which, of course, was to be expected so close to the holidays, besides manv of tho farmers are now in the middle of haymaking. The following prices were realised :—Springing heifers, from £2 7s Gd to £3 5s ; no rleim.nd for old dairy cows ; yearlings (mixed sexes), 27s 6d ; empty cows, £2 4s ; IS-months old steers, 30i ; good yearling block steers, 21s ; three-year old steers in good condition, £2 17s 6d ; good yearling steers, 35* ; fat hoi'crs, from £2 17s 6d to £4 ; tat cows, £3 15s ; fat steers, from £5 2s 6d to £5 12s 6d.—(Ohanpo Correspondent).
