Wellington, December 17.—Weather forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day •—Wind : Between north-west and west and south at all places. Barometer : Rise slowly generally. Sea and tides moderate on both coasts. Moderate to fresh westerly winds and fine weather are to be expected in all parts of the country.
