At the Warden's Court yesterday, the actio i, Mary Develin v. the Waihi Silveiton Company, claim £IOOO for pecuniary loss sustained by the plaintiff by the death of her husband through the neglect of the defendant company, came before the Warden. Mr Jellicoe appeared in support of the claim, and Mr Theo. Cooper f r the company. The fs.cts were admitted, and the matter resolved itself into a question of damages. His Worship gave judgment for £SOO for the widow and £250 for the childrtn.
