AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET.
(BY TELEGRAPH. — OWN COXRISPONDENT). Auckland, Last Night. Gpack Darling shares firmed a little in price last evening, and to-day there were still buyers at lid. The demand for Sheridans continued steady at Is 3d, but no sales were reported. Ohinemuri Syndicates were inquired for at ss. There was a demand for Hiiiraki Southa at 2s, but no transactions were reported. Most of the lower-priced Waihi stocks had buyers to-day. This class of shares seems likely to have an upward movement. Steady inquiry was reported for most of the investing stocks. Thames Gas shares finned a little, and 39s was offered. Northern Bcots had buyers at Bs, and New Zealand Drug Company (contributing) at 37s 6d. Prices of other stocks show no change.
