Wellington, November 23.—Weather forecast for 24 heurs from 9 a.m. this day :—Wind : Between north-east and north and west at all places northward (l f Lyttelton and Hokitika, and between north and west and southwest elsewhere. Barometer : Fall everywhere. Sea heavy on all western coast and on east coast north of East Cape land southward of Napier tides generally low. Northerly gales, probably with rain, are to be expected in all parts of the country.
