HOSTILE ACTION BY FRANCE.
LONDON, November 15. Prince Henry of Orleans and Major Leontiff, who was recently appointed bj- the Negus as GovernorGeneral of the Equatorial Provinces of Abyssinia, are organising an expedition to proceed to Africa with the object of anticipating tho occupation of Khartoum by the forces under General Kitchener, and also to occupy the Great Lake region. Priuce Henry rwlies upon a concession from King Menelik of Abyssinia.
