The Supreme Court to-day gave judgment in re Hoiowheuua Sub-division, No. 14, holding that the Native Appelate Court must treat the subdivision order in favour of Kemp as the will was made, and enquire only whether under it he was intended to be sole beneficial owner or trustee.
