The cliiuf witnesses for the prosecution are llobb's family by a former wife, who stated that •i considerable quantity of furniture was removed before the fire, which occurred in the day time during the absence of the husband and family. The case is still pioceeding. A charge of sheep-stealing is also beins; hi ought against the licensed, the same witnesses giving evidence.
