TURKEY AND GREECE.

London, September 20. The treaty of peaco between Turkey and Greece has been signed. Turkey withdraws to the banks of the river Pencils immediately on the Greek Chamber of Deputies assigning the revenues for the payment of the war indemnity, and undertakes to completely evacuate Thessaly as soon as the indemnity is paid. The Greek newspapers consider the conditions of peace with Turkey very onerous, and declare that they will cripple the independence of Greece. They state that the public are sorrowfully resigned to their fate.
