CABLE SUMMARY.
The Emperor of Germany is on a visit to Emperor Francis Joseph of Austria, at Tolis, in Hungary. Her Majesty the Queen has presented the Emperor of Germany with a magnificent album of Jubilee photographs. Thomas Sullivan, the ex New Zealand sculler, defeated S. A. Eniruett, of Isleworth, over the Thames championship course. Sullivan led throughout, and won by a hundred yards. Time, '22m. oos. (. wing to Turkish troops having secretly landed in Crete the Foreigu Admirals have forbidden Turkish troorjships to remain in the Cretan harbours. The arrest of those suspected of being connected with the Young Turkey Party continues. Four hundred and twenty-five have been exiled from the country and sent to Tripoli. The freezing of the Yukon river has stopped the carriage of supplies to the Klondyke goldfields, and it is reported that 5000 dollars were paid at Dawson City for a sack of flour and a little bacon. TheJ Cauadian-Pacifio Railway Company intend to construct a lino from Glenora, via the Sticker river, to Yukon.
