THE ANARCHISTS.
London', August 13. A DEPUTATION of expelled Spanish Anarchists waited on the London Trades Council, and a collection was made in aid of their personal wants. One member of the Council declared that if it were proved they were concerned in any of the bomb outrages in the theatres or churches, be would blow out their brains himself. Eome, August 13. Three Anarchists have been arrested at Milan. In their possession were found documents revealing the existence of an international plot.
