INDUSTRIAL FEDERATION CONFERENCE.
(BY TELEGRAPH—OWN* COnKKSIWDENT.) Chkistchckch, Last Night, The Industrial Federation Conference concluded its fittings on Saturday. The WcU : iißtoii and Canterbury delegates decided to form an Industrial Corporation of New Z'ttland and inrite other centres to join They adopted a constitution and rules. The next coufcrco, • will he held at Wellington. Mr Bsa was appointed to represent the corporation at Nelson with a view to forming an Association there and joining the federated body. During the stay of the delegates they visited a number of local industries and manufactures and expressed themselves surprised at the magnitude to which some had grown, especially the Kaiapoi Woollen Mills and Belfast Freezing Works.
