CANADA AND AMERICA.
Ottawa, July IG. The provisions of the alien laws are being strictly enforced in America, and are found to operate harshly against Canadians. As a result the Dominion Government is vigorously enforcing tho law which prohibits the emyloyraent of Americans under contract in Canada.
