CANADA & THE STATES.
TRADE RELATIONS,
Ottawa, May 14. THE United States Government has informed the Government of Canada that there is no prospect of a commercial treaty being excluded between the United States and Canada, inasmuch as Canada is unable to offer any concessions -without Great Britain sharing them. The United States, however, are willing to agree to the appointment of a commission to inquire into the subject.
